Batt Sr., Chairperson, Carrie Burns Brown and Cathy Woo, Jurors; Carolyn Lord, 1st Alternate; Mary Britton Lynch, 2nd Alternate; Carl Purcell, 3rd Alternate. Awards Juror: Peter Adams. Over $25,000 in purchase, cash and merchandise awards. Deadline: May 24, 2008. * Americas 2008 All Media - Juror: Rusty Freeman, curator and vice-president of the curatorial division of the Plains Art Museum, Fargo, ND. Cash and purchase awards. Deadline (postmark): June 1, 2008. * Richeson 75: Landscape, Seascape and Architectural Competition 2008 - Jurors/Judging: Terry Howell Stanley, PSA, artist and Director of Richeson School of Art & Gallery and a committee of art professionals from Jack Richeson & Co. will select finalists. Awards Juror: Frank Federico. Best in Show - $3,000 cash award. Other awards. International postmark deadline: July 30, 2008. * Richeson 75: International Still Life & Floral 2008 Art Competition - Jurors/Judging: Terry Howell Stanley, PSA, artist and Director of Richeson School of Art & Gallery and a committee of art professionals from Jack Richeson & Co. will select finalists. Ongoing Opportunities: * New American Paintings - Six juried competitions per year sponsored by The Open Studios Press. Winners receive full-color spreads in the nationally distributed periodical.
